Harris County Kardio Kickbox
Kardio Kickbox is an intense, high energy class designed to prepare our students for new fitness goals, competitions and tournaments or to fight in the cage. Kardio Kickboxing Classes are for everyone, whether you are just beginning your quest for fitness or you're in shape looking for a challenge. It is a motivating, full body workout that utilizes the explosive techniques of kickboxing, boxing, jiu-jitsu and wrestling all set to music.
Every workout is different, always focused and never intimidating. This is the fat burning, muscle toning, body sculpting workout you've been looking for! Monday and Wednesday classes are held upstairs and do not require any equipment.
The pad class is held downstairs on Friday's. We use Thai pads to punch, kick and drill, increasing the intensity of the workout. You will partner up with another student to execute these drills.
The circuit class is held downstairs on Saturday's. This class involves circuit-style training including pads as well as other Urban Jungle style stations.
Students are always encouraged to go at their own pace, as this is a very physical, high energy class. This fitness program is a great alternative for those who have become tired of their daily routine of a weight room or treadmill.

We offer a free week of training. Call in advance to schedule your first class or simply arrive 15 minutes before class to participate in your first session. Prices may be obtained on your first visit as we have several options to choose from.
Parking is available across the street along 7th street.
Class requirements:
No experience necessary. Everyday gear includes, comfortable workout clothes, a large towel, and bottled water. All classes are done with bare feet, socks are optional.
